Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Forks Plus. By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Product Information
All flatware is produced in small batches. Minor variations in finish, color, or texture may occur and are considered part of the handmade process — not defects.

Orders
Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and any additional payment methods listed at checkout.

Shipping
Orders ship according to the estimated timelines provided on the product page. Forks Plus is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

Preorders
Preorders are charged at the time of purchase and ship within the time frame noted in the product description. If production delays occur, we will notify you by email with an updated shipping estimate.

Custom Orders
Custom orders (including special colors, quantities, or designs) must be planned in advance. Please email for inquiries. Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred at the time of delivery. Forks Plus does not cover these additional charges.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email within 5 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We’re happy to send a replacement.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, product designs, copy, and branding — is the property of Forks Plus and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
Forks Plus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or misuse of our products.

Governing Law
