How do I care for my flatware?

To maintain quality, remove residue after use and avoid prolonged contact with food. Hand wash with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Dry after washing to prevent water marks, and use a microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints or smudges.

Hand washing is recommended due to the nature of the materials. Dishwasher use is at your own risk.

Are irregularities normal?

Yes, minor irregularities are an inherent part of the flatware. Each piece is made in small batches, so subtle differences in shape, finish, or color may occur.

Do you offer customizations?

For inquiries about custom colors or quantities, email [email protected].

What do you have in stock?

A limited quantity of flatware is pre-made and kept in stock. Once these sell out, all flatware is made to order.

How do made-to-orders work?

Each piece of flatware is made once an order is placed. This approach helps reduce waste, maintain quality, and avoid mass production. Standard lead time is 5–6 weeks. Once complete, the order ships from Brooklyn, New York.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a second email with tracking once your flatware ships. Lead times don’t include shipping.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within the U.S. ship via UPS. Sales tax applies to New York orders and will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS International First Class. Please note that tracking is not available once a package leaves the United States. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or tariffs upon delivery.

If you prefer UPS for international shipments, please contact us. Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Taxes and Duties

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country upon delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the custom, one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

For questions prior to placing an order, feel free to reach out.
